This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or work with us, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We are Bova-Enterprises, LLC, doing business as My Life Transformation Coach. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using this site or our services.
You give us information when you book a consultation, buy something, join a program, subscribe to emails, or contact us. That usually includes:
Booking forms on this site ask what is going on in your life right now. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. We use it to prepare for your conversation, and nothing more.
Like most websites, we collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location, the pages you visit, and how you arrived. This is used to understand how the site is performing.
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and for analytics. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Messages about something you booked or bought, such as a confirmation or a reminder, are part of the service and are sent to everyone.
Marketing emails are only sent if you have opted in. Every one has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing does not affect appointment messages.
If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only so far as they need it to do their job. These include our scheduling and customer relationship platform, our video conferencing provider, our email provider, our payment processor, and our website host.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a business sale or transfer.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Coaching conversations are treated as private and are kept confidential in the ordinary course of our work. They are not medical or mental health treatment, and they do not carry the legal privilege that applies to a licensed therapist, physician, or attorney. Please see our Terms of Service for more.
This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
This site links to other websites, including our funnel, our members area, and our scheduling tools. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
