The agreement between you and My Life Transformation Coach.

These terms apply when you use this website, book a consultation, or buy a program or digital product from Bova-Enterprises, LLC, doing business as My Life Transformation Coach. By using the site or our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We provide life coaching for adults navigating transitions such as divorce, retirement, loss, career change, and reinvention. This includes one-to-one coaching, group programs, workshops and challenges, and digital products.
Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, medical care, or mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Sue Bova is a Certified Professional Life Coach and is not acting as a licensed therapist, physician, psychologist, dietitian, attorney, or financial adviser.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or thoughts of harming yourself or anyone else, please contact a licensed professional or call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or dial 911.
Coaching depends on your own participation, effort, and circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, outcome, income, or timeline, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. Any experience described by another client is that person's own experience and is not a prediction of yours.
You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional decisions, choices, and actions, including any you make during or after working with us. Our content and sessions are for educational and informational purposes.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is due in full unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. If a payment plan is agreed, missing a payment may pause access until the account is current. Digital products and program access are delivered after payment clears.
Because programs and digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final. Refunds are considered case by case at our discretion. We do not offer an automatic money-back guarantee. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will talk it through.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as delivered. If we need to reschedule, we will offer you an alternative time.
What you share in coaching is treated as private and is not shared with anyone else except with your permission, or where the law requires disclosure, or where there is a risk of serious harm. As set out above, coaching does not carry the legal privilege that applies to a licensed therapist, physician, or attorney.
In group programs, please respect the privacy of other participants and keep what is shared in the group within the group.
Worksheets, recordings, workbooks, frameworks, and other materials are our intellectual property. When you buy a program or product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use those materials for yourself. Please do not copy, resell, share, or distribute them, or use them to deliver your own coaching or training.
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access, misuse our forms or contact channels, or use the site for anything unlawful.
We use third-party services for scheduling, payments, video calls, email, and hosting. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
